CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CLOSURE UPDATE!  Our distribution centre will close between 21st December 2025 - 18th January, 2026. During this period our website will continue to accept orders but will be processed and shipped out from 20th January 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.  We thank all our customers for their support over the year and wish you all a joyous festive season and a safe & prosperous New Year.

We aim to ship your items as soon as possible, most orders will ship within 48 hours of order placement. Customised and personalised goods may take longer to process. Pass-the-Parcel Games are all hand assembled by us and custom made to order, consequently please expect a longer than usual processing time when your order contains a Pass-the-Parcel Game. You will be notified if there will be any extended delays with processing your order. If you require your order by a specific date please let us know in the extra comments section of the checkout page. We will do our best to meet your requests. 

Shipping is available to all Australian destinations. Shipping pricing starts from $10.95, Once items are placed in your cart you can use our shipping calculator to determine your exact shipping costs and delivery options. We offer Standard and Express Postage options to most Australian postcodes however all delivery options available to your destination will be listed at checkout. Where Local Delivery is offered, you can select this option to have your order delivered by a local courier normally within 48hrs. If you require your order by a particular date, please let us know in the comments section of the checkout so that we can aim to have your order delivered in time. If you select Standard or Express Post as your delivery option, please note we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays imposed by the carrier which are outside of our control.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless Local Delivery is selected.  Once parcels are passed on to Australia Post or other freight carriers, the delivery process is outside of our control. All timelines quoted should be used as a guide only.

NOTE ON SHIPPING PRODUCTS CONTAINING CHOCOLATE

Please be aware that our shipping carriers do not provide refrigerated carriage and therefore due to varying climate conditions we cannot guarantee that the chocolate won't melt during the shipping process. We are happy to substitute chocolate items with an alternate confectionery item when requested.
