Please choose the products that you purchase carefully. Party Arts will not refund for change of mind purchases. We will happily exchange* products with other products within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The cost of freight will be charged to exchange products. All products returned for exchange must be in as supplied condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
*Non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (fresh food, flowers, or plants), products containing food consumables with less than a 3 month expiry date, chocolate and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and opened/unsealed personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.Â
Items that have been made to order, personalised or customised are not exchangeable or returnable unless otherwise required by law). Please note our Pass-the-Parcel Games and some party bags and boxes are made to order and cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To check if your order qualifies for an exchange or return, please contact us at customerservice@partyarts.com.au. If you are entitled to a refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label at our cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Where an exchange has been approved, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any shipping costs to send out the replacement goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we agree to replace a damaged or faulty item you will not have to pay any additional shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us if you would like to make other arrangements.
Refunds
We do not give refunds for change of mind purchases or for goods arriving late due circumstances outside our control. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition Consumer Act 2010). If you are entitled to request a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
